What is the NewScript Nonclinical Career Summit?
NewScript is a private community of clinicians that is dedicated to helping them pursue fulfilling lives and careers. It grew out of a need to find mutual inspiration, encouragement, and support while overcoming burnout and stress, and pursuing work with purpose.
The NewScript Community invites any licensed clinicians, including nurses, physicians, pharmacists, physical and occupational therapists, dentists, and podiatrists, to come together to support and mentor one another. It also invites recognized experts to serve as formal mentors for the members, including the two founders, Tom Davis, and John Jurica.
As a community and forum, it provides real-time and asynchronous communication via a smartphone-based app. It also includes regular streaming services and recorded video and audio content in the areas of business development and start-up, nonclinical and nontraditional clinical jobs, and ancillary skills such as writing a resumé, networking, using LinkedIn, preparing for interviews, speaking, coaching, investing, and more.
The NewScript Nonclinical Career Summit grew out of a desire by the NewScript founders to leverage the combined expertise of our Mentors to create an affordable, convenient, empowering live event that will help clinicians realize their dreams of satisfying and fulfilling careers and work-life balance.
To that end, we have enrolled twelve expert mentors and coaches to deliver highly actionable advice on addressing these issues. It was delivered in real-time, with an opportunity for participants to obtain answers to their burning questions. Now, the All Access Pass provides lifetime access to all of the Summit’s valuable wisdom and advice.
